Villa Antik is a stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Kalkan holiday rental villa with beautiful views over Kalkan Bay, located in Ortaalan and only a 10 minute walk into Town.

Villa Antik is a stunning, spacious, light and airy 3 storey villa with a large heated private pool and terrace located in an elevated position with panoramic views over Kalkan and the Taurus mountains.

The villa’s design is based on the Bosporus mansions of Istanbul.

The Villa is approximately a 10 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan.

Ground Floor:

On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area and newly refurbished kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and water cooler as well as others usual appliances. The lounge has a 40″ smart TV with an x-box, DVD player and a large selection of DVD’s to watch. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

First Floor:

The first floor has a large double bedroom with its own balcony and en-suite bathroom. Another twin bedroom also has ensuite bathroom. Finally there is an attractive communal terrace seating area, framed with 2 large pillars and boasting stunning views across the harbour and out to sea.

Second Floor:

The second floor is a master suite with private dressing area, a balcony and a stunning jacuzzi bathroom with views over the bay. Some say it has the ‘ best jacuzzi view in Kalkan ‘ .

Outside:

The Villa has a large private heated pool (heating supplement payable locally ) and dining area with attractive planted gardens and a BBQ for guests use. There are plenty of sun loungers and sunshades.
