On the ground floor, you will find the state-of-the-art kitchen, which is well equipped, including appliances such as large fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and water cooler.
The kitchen leads through to the lounge (which has a flat screen TV and DVD player) and dining area (to seat 6 guests).
Floor to ceiling doors lead out on to the pool terrace, which has plenty of sun loungers, a shaded seating area, al-fresco dining area with barbecue and a large infinity pool with Jacuzzi section (pool dimensions are approximately 10 metres x 3.5 metres).
Villa Swan is only an approximate 15 minute stroll down into the heart of vibrant Kalkan, with its array of superb restaurants, bars and shops.
