The accommodation is laid out as follows:
The property is entered through a glass door from the veranda that leads into the spacious open plan living area.
The living room has a sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table plus a wall mounted Smart TV that offers Netflix, Disney+ and Prime channels.
The well-equipped kitchen has an induction hob with extractor fan, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The dining table seats 4 comfortably and there are glass doors giving access to the covered veranda.
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an additional single bed, plus a wardrobe with mirrored doors. There is also a dressing table with stool and glass doors lead out to the side of the villa and a covered terrace with two chairs from which to take in the views.
The en-suite shower room has a WC and basin with part of the natural stone exposed in the wall.
The twin room is accessed off the dining area and has a wardrobe and bedside table. Sliding doors lead out to the veranda with views of Kalkan Bay.
Next door to the bedroom, is a separate wet-room style shower with WC and basin for guests using this room.
Under the pergola that wraps around the front of the villa and to the side, is a comfortable sofa with two armchairs and a coffee table from which to relax and take in the views while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
There is also a dining table with 4 chairs and a portable BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining.
A wooden double swing seat with canopy and cushions are provided on an elevated terrace which provides a great vantage point to enjoy the sea views within the garden.
The freshwater pool is further up the garden path offering panoramic views of the bay and mountains. The water is accessed via a ladder and there are four sun loungers spaced around the pool. There is no need for parasols as there is a pergola that covers the top end of the pool and terrace for those guests who prefer some shade.
There is also an outside shower for guests’ use.
