Location 

Truffle Residences enjoys an exceptionally central position just a short, easy walk from Kalkan’s Old Town, harbour, restaurants, shops and beach clubs. 

This highly convenient setting means a car is not required, allowing guests to enjoy everything Kalkan has to offer on foot — particularly appealing in the evenings when the Old Town comes to life. 

The Accommodation 

The apartment is arranged as a duplex over the ground and first floors, offering a practical layout with a natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. 

Ground Floor 

The ground floor is home to the main living space, designed with an open-plan layout and direct access to the pool terrace. 

The living area is comfortable and inviting, with large sliding doors opening straight out to the terrace and communal pool area, creating an easy indoor-outdoor connection. A flat screen TV with satellite and an MP3 docking station are provided for entertainment. 

The kitchen and dining area feature granite worktops, integrated appliances and soft neutral cabinetry, complemented by green accents that tie in with the overall styling of the apartment. Appliances include a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and washing machine, making it well equipped for a self-catering stay. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided. 

A guest cloakroom is located on this level. 

First Floor 

The upper level houses the two bedrooms, both bright, well-proportioned and with en-suite bathrooms. 

Bedroom 1 
The main bedroom is a particularly attractive space, featuring a king-size four-poster bed and direct access to a private balcony. From here, you can enjoy lovely views across Kalkan Bay and the surrounding coastline, making it an ideal spot to unwind at the end of the day. A hairdryer is provided. 

Bedroom 2 
A twin bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for children or friends sharing. This bedroom also benefits from access to a balcony. A hairdryer is provided. 

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and include built-in wardrobes and dressing areas. A safe is also available within the apartment for guest use. 

Outdoor Space / Communal Areas 

Cool Mint offers excellent outdoor space across both levels. 

From the ground floor, the apartment opens onto a covered terrace with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, which leads directly onto the communal pool and sunbathing area. This easy access to the pool is a real advantage for day-to-day holiday living. 

Upstairs, the private balcony provides additional outdoor space, with views across the sea and nearby islands — particularly enjoyable at sunset. 

Guests also have access to the shared facilities within Truffle Residences, including a well-maintained communal swimming pool, pool-side shower, sunbathing terrace and poolside barbecue area. With just five apartments in total, the setting remains relaxed and uncrowded.
