If you are after a villa in Kalkan up the hills with a pool then look elsewhere.

However if you want a location bang in the old town, no taxis or rental car, the harbour (with all the connections to the beach clubs) 2 minutes walk away, don’t fancy exercising your calf muscles every day then the Little White House is PERFECT.

Add to that beautifully appointed, FULLY equipped kitchen, the most silent air-conditioning ever, Nespresso machine, safe, and smart TV etc etc.

For those who are worried about the noise in our opinion not an issue whatsoever as faint and subsides by 11pm/midnight and in all cases exhausted after full days.

A beautiful 3 bedroom villa with a private pool.

Offering spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests, Villa Acacia is situated on a quiet tree lined road on the LaVanta development just a short drive from the centre of Kalkan’s historic old town.

LaVanta really is one of the best locations in Kalkan. From its peaceful setting perched on a hillside just above Kalkan the views of Kalkan, Kalamar and the islands are truly stunning. Villa Acacia has sea views to the front and a backdrop of spectacular mountains to the rear making it a really special setting.

As with all the properties at LaVanta, the villa has private parking adjacent to the entrance. It is set in a small but beautifully landscaped and well kept garden. There is a small swimming pool with sunbeds and a covered terrace which is perfect for alfresco dining.

You enter Villa Acacia at mid level into a hallway with an impressive vaulted ceiling. Downstairs is a spacious open plan living and dining area, separated from the fully fitted kitchen by a useful breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances. There is a utility area housing the washing machine and a downstairs shower room and toilet. There are two sets of french doors from which you can access the pool and terrace.

Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms. The en-suite master bedroom has a private balcony and sea views. There is a generously sized twin bedroom and a second double which share the family bathroom.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers a great value family holiday.

All guests to Villa Acacia have full access to the communal facilities at LaVanta, including the 25 metre infinity pool which is truly blessed with the best views in Kalkan. There is an on site cafe bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and a wide range of cocktails….perfect for those nights you don’t want to go into town.

LaVanta offers the very best holiday option…the privacy of your own private villa, but with the added benefit of being able to socialise with fellow guests at the Cafe /Bar should you want to. From its hillside location, LaVanta is only a 4 minute drive from the centre of Kalkan with its array of shops, bars and of course its excellent restaurants in either harbourside locations or on romantic roof terraces. being set on a hillside,LaVanta enjoys cooling breezes and in the height of the Summer when the temperatures soar, most guests can’t wait to get back up the hill where the temperatures are a few degrees cooler.

A brand new 3 bedroom villa at the popular LaVanta Resort.

Villa Blue has recently been made available to rental guests. Completed in 2020 it is new to the rental market.

The property has been finished to the highest standard and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday in Kalkan.

The accommodation is arranged over 2 floors.

Ground Floor:

The open plan living area is light and airy and has a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances. There is a comfortable L shaped sofa and flat screen TV with dining for 6 guests. The full length double glass doors open onto the pool terrace.

There is a bathroom at this level

First Floor:

The master bedroom has an en- suite bathroom and generous storage. Glass doors lead on to the full length balcony from which you can take in the magnificent view.

The second bedroom is a twin which also opens onto the shared balcony

Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed

There is a shared bathroom where you will also find the washing machine

Outside:

The villa has a full sized private pool with sun loungers where you can take time to chill and enjoy the Summer sun.

There is outside dining for 6 which is perfect for an al fresco lunch or dinner.

To the rear of the villa is a large paved terrace with table tennis.
