This apartment is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment located at LaVanta. It has recently undergone a complete remodelling and is now furnished and fitted out in a contemporary style.

Apartment Safak has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday in this stylish apartment.

Inside

The open plan living area comprises a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you would expect in a holiday home.

There is a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and toaster.

The dining area has a dining table which seats 6 and a flat screen TV and DVD player in the living area. There is a brand new sofa bed which can extend the guest capacity if required.

To the front of the living area is a small private balcony with a small table and seating for 2. A perfect location to enjoy a coffee and enjoy the view.

The patio doors let in plenty of light and these open onto a large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and Kalkan bay. The terrace is furnished with 2 sun loungers for relaxing and a small seating area where you can have drinks

The master bedroom has a brand new ensuite shower room, a king size double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It opens via glass doors onto the terrace with stunning sea and mountain views.

The newly appointed twin bedroom also opens onto the terrace and enjoys wonderful sea views. The beds can be used as twins or as a double

There is a tiled shower room with a heated towel rail and beautiful marble mosaic flooring, and there is a further storage area.

Apartment Safak is fully air-conditioned, with mosquito nets on all windows and is in a great location; in close proximity to the large communal pool.

Parking is available outside the apartment.

LaVanta

The 25 metre communal infinity swimming pool offers plenty of terrace space for guests and enjoys sun all day and late into the evening.

A poolside bar service will deliver a refreshing drink and the clubhouse restaurant, serving an excellent menu, is just a few steps away.

I really liked this apartment.

Location is great: it’s easy to get to the apartment, very private area, you don’t hear any noise, beaches and Kalkan centre are in 10 minutes by car.

In the apartment we found everything needed, it was very clean and comfortable.

I would also like to mention the view, it is simply magnificent!

If I’ll go to Kalkan one more time, I would definitely choose this place.

The attention to detail makes this apartment stand out from the rest! Enjoy your own private pool, secluded lower garden and al-fresco dining on balmy summer evenings.

Ground Floor:

Large, spectacularly appointed open-plan kitchen and lounge. The large modern kitchen complete with breakfast bar, has everything you will need for your holiday. A dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer are all provided. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, gas hob and oven, toaster and kettle.

To the front of the super comfy lounge is a wonderful, dual purpose sun/dining room with sliding glass doors leading out to the private pool area. The lounge area has TV and surround system and a super comfy sofa with seating for 8 people.

Lower Ground Floor:

When it’s time for bed you simply go downstairs to the 3 bedrooms: There’s one twin and 2 doubles, the master of which has a TV and memory foam mattress. For absolute privacy, each of the bedrooms has its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. Even the mirrors are heated! From all the bedrooms there are sliding patio doors leading to a second terrace area. A beautiful, walled garden with lovely plants and feature stonework. A peaceful oasis of calm and an ideal spot to relax and escape the heat of the afternoon sun and read a book or have a nap!

Outside Areas:

The pool area is south-facing so benefits from sun all day long. The beautiful pool has been converted to a saltwater system. The pool is 8m x 4m, a good size with roman steps, so plenty of space to swim and play and a new outside shower has been installed in this area. As they have lower chlorine levels, salt water pools are much gentler on the eyes and skin. No more stinging eyes and ruined swimwear!

Within the pool area you will find 6 sun loungers, a beautiful shady gazebo for outdoor dining and a decked kitchen area with sink and BBQ.

Hulya Evi is a modern 2 bed, 2 bath maisonette/duplex apartment, located in a quiet neighbourhood of Kalkan. There is a private pool, stunning sea views and nearby amenities. The villa is a maisonette type house, set on two levels and provides all the facilities for a family or party of up to 4 people. The property is accessed from the main road via a staircase, which leads to the pool level.

Entrance:

The main entrance is on the ground level which leads into an open plan space with modern lounge, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with island and bar stools. The kitchen includes oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. Large french doors open to the pool terrace, outside dining area and the external staircase to the side of the building which leads to a superb private terrace from where guests can enjoy and take in the stunning sunsets.

First Floor:

A beautiful 3 bedroom villa with a private pool.

Offering spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests, Villa Acacia is situated on a quiet tree lined road on the LaVanta development just a short drive from the centre of Kalkan’s historic old town.

LaVanta really is one of the best locations in Kalkan. From its peaceful setting perched on a hillside just above Kalkan the views of Kalkan, Kalamar and the islands are truly stunning. Villa Acacia has sea views to the front and a backdrop of spectacular mountains to the rear making it a really special setting.

As with all the properties at LaVanta, the villa has private parking adjacent to the entrance. It is set in a small but beautifully landscaped and well kept garden. There is a small swimming pool with sunbeds and a covered terrace which is perfect for alfresco dining.

You enter Villa Acacia at mid level into a hallway with an impressive vaulted ceiling. Downstairs is a spacious open plan living and dining area, separated from the fully fitted kitchen by a useful breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances. There is a utility area housing the washing machine and a downstairs shower room and toilet. There are two sets of french doors from which you can access the pool and terrace.

Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms. The en-suite master bedroom has a private balcony and sea views. There is a generously sized twin bedroom and a second double which share the family bathroom.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers a great value family holiday.

All guests to Villa Acacia have full access to the communal facilities at LaVanta, including the 25 metre infinity pool which is truly blessed with the best views in Kalkan. There is an on site cafe bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and a wide range of cocktails….perfect for those nights you don’t want to go into town.

LaVanta offers the very best holiday option…the privacy of your own private villa, but with the added benefit of being able to socialise with fellow guests at the Cafe /Bar should you want to. From its hillside location, LaVanta is only a 4 minute drive from the centre of Kalkan with its array of shops, bars and of course its excellent restaurants in either harbourside locations or on romantic roof terraces. being set on a hillside,LaVanta enjoys cooling breezes and in the height of the Summer when the temperatures soar, most guests can’t wait to get back up the hill where the temperatures are a few degrees cooler.

Villa Antik is a stunning, spacious, light and airy 3 storey villa with a large heated private pool and terrace located in an elevated position with panoramic views over Kalkan and the Taurus mountains.

The villa’s design is based on the Bosporus mansions of Istanbul.

The Villa is approximately a 10 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan.

Ground Floor:

On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area and newly refurbished kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and water cooler as well as others usual appliances. The lounge has a 40″ smart TV with an x-box, DVD player and a large selection of DVD’s to watch. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

First Floor:

The first floor has a large double bedroom with its own balcony and en-suite bathroom. Another twin bedroom also has ensuite bathroom. Finally there is an attractive communal terrace seating area, framed with 2 large pillars and boasting stunning views across the harbour and out to sea.

Second Floor:

The second floor is a master suite with private dressing area, a balcony and a stunning jacuzzi bathroom with views over the bay. Some say it has the ‘ best jacuzzi view in Kalkan ‘ .

Outside:

The Villa has a large private heated pool (heating supplement payable locally ) and dining area with attractive planted gardens and a BBQ for guests use. There are plenty of sun loungers and sunshades.
