Apartment O3 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Kalkan holiday rental apartment located on the ever-popular Mediterranean Apartment complex.

From Mediterranean Apartments to Kalkan town centre with it’s many restaurants and bars is just a few minutes walk, thus no taxis or car hire required during your stay. Being front line, the apartments have stunning, uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Tiled throughout and locally furnished to a high standard with every convenience, we have everything you could need for a great holiday set amongst the wonderfully landscaped gardens of the complex which incorporate 5 swimming pools

Inside there is an open plan spacious living room containing large settee, 2 chairs,2 side tables and lamps. Stereo with USB.

Fully air conditioned with French doors opening on to sizeable balcony with chairs and table.

Fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, cafetiere. Watercooler, crockery and glassware.

Bedroom 1: Double-bed, 2 French doors both with stunning sea views. Fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside table and safe. Hairdryer.

Bedroom 2: Double or Twin beds with fitted wardrobe. Bedside table. Porthole windows, Hairdryer. Roll out bed available for 3rd person (child) Both air-conditioned.

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms fully tiled with showers.

Utility Room: Small area upstairs including storage, washing machine and iron/ironing board.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: All towels and linen are included. We also provide beach towels.

Outside: Our Roof terraces are large enough for a parasol, table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining.

Truly magnificent views over the bay and harbour out to Snake and Mouse islands.

The balconies from each lounge have table with 4 chairs and parasol. Also, with superb views over the sea and Kalkan town.

We also provide 4 sunbeds with beach towels and a parasol for use in the beautiful landscaped gardens (with 5 pools) surrounding the apartment.
