Küçük Beyaz Ev (Little White House) is a 2 bedroom house in the heart of Kalkan’s Old Town, Just a 5 minute walk from the harbour.
Küçük Beyaz Ev is a characterful gem, with a boutique style, a relaxing quality place to stay.
The location is excellent, with a good balance of vibe, serenity, restaurants and ease for short 5 minute walk to several top beaches and harbour.
Downstairs is a lounge with comfortable seating and HDTV.
Modern fully equipped kitchen complete with a free standing island with plenty of room for dining.

Bedroom 1: double bedroom, large balcony with seating area and sea views.
Bedroom 2: double bedroom, balcony with sea views.
25% deposit required to confirm the booking.
Balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
Security Deposit of £250. This is fully refundable up to 10 days after your departure (subject to no damage caused).
If you are after a villa in Kalkan up the hills with a pool then look elsewhere.
However if you want a location bang in the old town, no taxis or rental car, the harbour (with all the connections to the beach clubs) 2 minutes walk away, don’t fancy exercising your calf muscles every day then the Little White House is PERFECT.
Add to that beautifully appointed, FULLY equipped kitchen, the most silent air-conditioning ever, Nespresso machine, safe, and smart TV etc etc.
For those who are worried about the noise in our opinion not an issue whatsoever as faint and subsides by 11pm/midnight and in all cases exhausted after full days.
