From the upper floor you can Access the roof terrace for full on sunshine and spectacular views of Kalkan and the sea. There is an Ottoman seating area making it the perfect place to socialise with friends.
Outside there is a large terrace with plenty of comfortable sofas where you can enjoy a morning coffee. There is a shaded dining area which seats up to 12 guests. The gardens extend to the side of the property where there is a stone built BBQ and yet more seating – the perfect place to chill and catch up on the latest best seller. Table football and table tennis are provided also.
The pool is in a lower level and is very private indeed. The pool is a good size and sun beds and parasols are provided.
