Villa Kömürlük  is a delightful 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom Kalkan holiday rental villa located in the Kömürlük area of Kalkan.

Our villa is situated in Kömürlük, the most prestigious and desirable area of Kalkan. Conveniently located only 100 metres from the Mediterranean sea and walking distance to town, numerous beach clubs and the Patara Prince resort.

Kömürlük is known for its breathtaking sunset views and is sandwiched between the majestic mountains and the serene Mediterranean sea.

The setting is peaceful with stunning views of the sea from every level of the villa. Enjoy watching the boats go out on their daily trips whilst relaxing on one of the many terraces with a cocktail.

We are a 5 minute walk to the exclusive Palm Beach, Denzim and Zest beach clubs, where you can sunbathe, have breakfast, lunch, or just a freshly made cocktail, before getting the free water taxi into town.

Alternatively, you could spend 5 minutes walking to the exclusive Patara Prince resort and enjoy all it’s facilities for a small fee.

The best way to get around is by car, but everything is close enough if you want to walk. If you do choose to go into town by taxi, it’s no more than £2 – 3.

The Villa itself is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached property, equipped with an infinity pool and roof terrace. It also caters for al fresco dining, including a BBQ, sunbathing, or just chilling as you stare into the sunset by the pool. It has a very spacious, open-plan living area and all the rooms have air conditioning with plenty of shaded outdoor areas to just chill.

Truly instagrammable views on both the outside and inside. The villa is suitable for family vacations, a romantic holiday away from it all or a place to lock in and get some uninterrupted work done.
