Villa Luna is a luxury modern villa with a classic Mediterranean feel on the exclusive LaVanta development sitting on a hillside overlooking Kalkan. Just a 4 minute drive from the centre of town, it also offers a haven of peace and tranquillity.

Villa Luna has a private infinity pool  and all guests have full use of all of the communal facilities at the prestigious Lavanta development, including the use of a stunning 25m communal pool with club house restaurant and bar just a stones throw away.

The villa is set over 2 floors with the main door being at mid level.

First Floor:

Upstairs are two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both rooms have extensive storage and the master bedroom has a small balcony with unparalleled views across the bay.

Ground Floor:

The ground floor has a distinctive L shaped design with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a vaulted ceiling giving a feeling of light and space. the kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances. There is a TV with a good choice of channels and high speed internet throughout.

The third bedroom is located on this level which has direct access to a shaded terrace to the side. There is a shared bathroom on the ground floor.

Villa Luna is air conditioned throughout.

Pool Area:

Doors from the living area lead out to the good sized swimming pool and terrace. Under the shaded pergola there is an outdoor dining table for 6 and the two sun terraces with comfortable sun beds are the perfect place to soak up the rays.

Throughout the villa are beautiful marble floors and luxury fittings. The modern kitchen/dining area has everything you need to knock up a culinary feast and there is a gas BBQ if you fancy trying your hand at Turkish kebabs on the pool side terrace.
