Villa Mel is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. Offering spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests, The villa is situated on a quiet tree lined road on the exclusive LaVanta development just a short drive from the centre of Kalkan’s historic old town.

It has a private swimming pool. Pool and garden care are carried out daily. A weekly clean and linen change is carried out.

Although it is situated in a site, it has own drive-way and private pathway. Entering to the property there is a spacious hallway leading you to upstairs bedrooms or the lounge at downstairs.

All rooms are air-conditioned

LED TV, DVD player and WiFi internet access provided.

All equipments for plates lovers are ready.

Beach/Pool towels are provided for guests’ use

La’vanta Resort offers a Club House facility with an infinity pool -far appx. 25 metres away from the Villa Mel- bar, cafe and restaurant.

First Floor…

Two bedrooms are situated on the first floor. (1 double bed with a family bathroom and 1 single bed x 2)

Master bedroom has a stylish contemporary en-suite bathroom with a shower. It has a beautiful sea view. All windows and patio doors are double glazed. There are two double bedrooms and a single sized bedroom.

Ground Floor…

It has an open plan kitchen with a lounge. Also there is a master bedroom and one big size bathroom on this floor. All French doors opening towards to the swimming pool and terrace. Garden is mature and trees and Turkish Ivy between the next door villas are enhancing the privacy. There is also a barbecue and plenty space for an Alfresco Style dining and sunbathing.

Exterior Spaces… We highly recommend you to visit and see this part of the building. If you are looking for a peaceful and secure home in Kalkan, this might be the one. A square shaped garden with

the high trees and flowers. Terrace is situated between the swimming pool and the house. If you are lover of the sunshine, this garden has the privacy and plenty space as well.
