The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
Open plan, living kitchen and dining area. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus wall-mounted flat-screen TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a full range of modern appliances, including fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher plus a range of utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. An island unit provides a space for breakfast. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area to seat 6 guests.
A guest cloak room plus a utility area (housing a washing machine) are located on this level.
First floor:
The first floor of the villa houses two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, Juliet balcony and fabulous sea views. One of the bedrooms has access to a large balcony with comfortable seating.
Second floor:
The second floor houses a further two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, Juliet balcony and fabulous sea views. One of the bedrooms features a sky-light above the bed, offering fabulous views of the night sky and the stars.
Outside the villa:
Moonwater has a spacious pool terrace and large pool with graduated steps.
The terrace is furnished with sun-loungers, parasols, a comfortable seating area, BBQ plus a dining table to seat 8 guests.
Points to note:
• No children under 13 years permitted
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• The villa is equipped with a security alarm system
• Pool dimensions are approximately 10 metres x 4 metres x 1.5 metres deep
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service:
Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee.
Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
Check-in time: 4pm.
Check-out time: 10am.
25% deposit required to confirm the booking.
Balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
Security Deposit of £250. This is fully refundable up to 10 days after your departure (subject to no damage caused).
