Villa Olive Tree is a modern, two bedroom detached villa in Kisla, a popular and peaceful area of Kalkan.

The villa is in a fantastic location, just metres from the sea and close to beach clubs. A complete home from home and ideal for small families, couples or friends holidaying together.

The property is set within a very generous plot with gardens and pot plants on three sides of the villa with mature palm, lemon, orange and pomegranate trees, flamboyant bougainvillea and some herbal plants.

The villa also has amazing views across the bay towards Kalkan town.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

This floor comprises an open plan L-shaped space, containing a comfortably furnished living space with TV and DVD player and a fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, water cooler and washing machine. A small breakfast table is provided.

A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.

First floor:

There are two bedrooms on this level – a double with an en-suite shower room and a French balcony plus access to a larger balcony that’s shared with the second bedroom. The second bedroom is a twin, again with an en-suite shower room and a French balcony.

Outside the villa:

The outside area is furnished to a high standard with two sunbeds, a parasol, a double-sunbed with canopy, a sofa and a coffee table.

For outside dining there is a dining table with four comfy armchairs with a central parasol.

The substantial pool terrace offers sun and shade at different times of the day. And finally, there is a BBQ for cooking up evening treats.

The villa’s pool is approximately 4 metres x 7 metres and 1.4 metres deep.
