Built by one of Kalkan’s top developers, the villa has three bedrooms (all with en-suite facilities) and a pool for sole use.
The villa is laid out as follows:
Ground Floor:
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area includes flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player.
One twin bedroom with en-suite facilities.
Access to pool terrace.

First Floor:
Two double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities and spacious balcony with stunning sea views. One of the bedrooms on this floor features an attractive vaulted ceiling.
Outside the Villa:
The villa has its own infinity-edged pool (approximately 35 square metres) plus sun terrace with ample sun-loungers and parasols. An shaded al-fresco dining area is also provided.
The villa is in an enviable location as Kalkan town centre is an approximate 8 minute walk away. The ever popular Yali Beach Club is also within close proximity.
Villa Lycia View is situated next door, and Villa Royale is also to the rear, therefore a large party of up to 20 people could potentially holiday together.
