Villa Shangri La is a 3 bedroom holiday rental property.

Located at the prestigious LaVanta development, set on a hillside overlooking Kalkan and the bays, this villa is ideal for families or groups of friends.

Refurbished to a high standard the villa comfortably sleeps 6, with a spacious terrace which is perfect for enjoying leisurely lunches or partaking in a sundowner whiist watching the spectacular sunset.

Ground Floor

Shangri La has a light and airy open plan living room with a vaulted ceiling adding to the feeling of space. There is a well equipped kichen complete with a Nespresso coffee machine for those of you who need a Daily caffeine fix! There is a dining table for 6 and the living room boasts comfortable sofas and a Flatscreen TV with Chromecast (compatible for use with Netflix and Amaxon Prime accounts)

The first of the three bedrooms is located at ground floor level. This twin bedroom has use of the family bathroom and has full length double doors that open onto a shaded terrace.

First Floor

The master bedroom is en suite with a süper king double bed, fitted wardrobes and Full length patio doors opening onto a balcony from which you have spectacular sea views

The second twin bedroom is also en süite with fitted wardrobes and views across the bay

Outside

The Villa has a large private terrace with comfortable sun beds and dining for 6 – perfect for those al fresco suppers and BBQ’s. There is small private terrace to the side – an ideal space to escape the heat and settle down with a good book. There is a good sized private heated pool set in mature gardens.

NB – There is a surcharge for the pool heating (if required).

All guests to Villa Shangri La have full Access to the communal facilities at LaVanta, including the 25 meter communal infinity pool and the KBar LaVanta Bar and Cafe.

La Vanta is a 5 minute drive from the centre of town and is always a few degrees cooler than the centre of Kalkan. It gives the perfect blend of enjoying the benefits of a private villa with the ability to socialise should you wish
