The villa sleeps 6, is stylishly furnished and has stunning views over Kalkan bay.
The accommodation is laid out over 3 floors:
Ground floor:
A modern fully equipped kitchen and dining area with sliding doors opening out onto the pool area. The open plan living area has plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV. The dining table seats 6 guests.
A series of patio doors open out onto the pool terrace.
Bedroom 1 is a double.
First floor:
The huge Master bedroom is a double en-suite with a jacuzzi.
Bedroom 3 is an en-suite twin.
Both have access to a terrace.
Roof Terrace:
A large comfy seating area to enjoy the stunning view.
Outside the villa:
A large private terrace with a large pool which is furnished with plenty of loungers.
A BBQ and an al-fresco dining area are also provided.
The villa is surrounded by mature and attractively-planted gardens.
Note: There is a heating system in the outdoor pool of the villa. If you would like to benefit from this feature, the weekly fee is £100
