Uluyan Kurt is a luxury villa on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast, part of the exclusive LaVanta group of properties.

The space
The villa has a modern construction but the architecture is of historic Greek and Ottoman influences.
The outdoor space has a private pool and garden (largest of any of the Kalkan villas) with ample room for up to 8 guests to relax during the day and evening. Sun-loungers for all guests, there is also lounge seating and two dining areas. A large wooden pergola, draped in fabric, stretches along the garden-side, offering shade from the sun.
The inside of the villa has been carefully and tastefully furnished to offer guests a luxury experience while staying at the villa. The kitchen is fully fitted, including an American style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser. There is a small kitchen table just in case one day you are unlucky with the weather (unheard of in summer here!)
The open plan living area has large French doors to the garden and a vaulted ceiling made of wood beams.
Both bedrooms on the ground floor can be configured either as twin or double rooms.
On the top floor both double (king size) bedrooms offer balconies with views out to the sea.
The master bedroom is en-suite with a bath/shower while there are two other bathrooms with shower and toilet in the rest of the property.
Plenty of storage is provided in each of the bedrooms for guests to keep their clothes and possessions.
Air-conditioned throughout to offer a pleasant environment even in the height of summer.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire villa. As well as the private pool and garden, there is also the benefit of a 25m infinity pool for use amongst all the villas that make up the Lavanta community. Next to the pool is an excellent cafe and bar. They will take good care of you during your stay, offering delicious meals, snacks and drinks.
25% deposit required to confirm the booking.
Balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
Security Deposit of £250. This is fully refundable up to 10 days after your departure (subject to no damage caused).
