Sleeps 6 people in 3 en-suite bedrooms.

Villa Umut has fully equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining with modern and comfortable facilities.

The villa is ideal for large families and groups of friends.

Modern Kitchen with dishwasher, large “American” refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, water cooler pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery, tea, coffee and a dining table.

The large, stylish living room has a modern seating group, HDTV, air conditioning.

Sliding doors lead out to the large pool terrace.

First Floor

Bedroom 1; double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, comfy chair, air conditioning.

25% deposit required to confirm the booking.  

Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. 

Security Deposit of £250, payable alongside the balance payment. This is fully refundable up to 10 days after your departure (subject to no damage caused).
